Really worried 12 weeks pregnant?

not hearing the heart beat is normal at times iv heard but the er and your doctor can both make the same mistake or have the same answers so i would first go get a second opinion by another doctor before going to er if you are this concerned do what you feel is best so ease your worrying. Its your job to protect your baby so do what you have to :). I have been told that the pain you mostly feel is from the stretching but the ER told me it was stretching and next day i lost my baby and i didnt hear a heart beat but since you have not bleed spotting can be ok but i mean period bleeding you should be fine. And rem that stress is bad for your baby and also you so try to relax i know it may be hard so get that second opinion and if you can wait go to ER i hope the best for you and your baby
