How do you create a main heading for APA style in Microsoft word?

My instructor had asked us to use the questions that he gave us as main headings for our paper and I was wondering, does he mean to write out the full question as the heading? For instance if the question was: define narrative fidelity. Does this story have narrative fidelity? Why or Why not. So do I write out the full question as my heading or not? Also, how do you create a main heading?
