Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease and Endometeriosis help?

I have Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD) and Endomentriosis. I am looking to start a family in the near future. I was wondering if there are any women out there who have experienced this disease and how they went about trying for a baby. I am still young, but have already lost an ovary and a fallopian tube to the disease and I feel I should be trying for a family sooner rather than later with my beautiful fiancee. Any information on the disease, pregnancy and anything related to that would be much appreciated :)
