How to change the rear coil springs on my focus?

Hi, both my rear shocks are broken on my 1999 ford focus saloon. I was wondering how easy is it to change them myself and what tools do i need to change them. Also any information on changing a wheel bearing under the same headings e.g. tools and how to would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so so so so so so so much.
